В одной оптовой компании система свела банковскую книгу — 771 проводку — до копейки и собрала ДДС и П&У из неё же.
Там же выяснилось, что строка, которую считали депозитом-резервом, на деле overnight-свип: деньги уходят на ночь и возвращаются утром. При ручной сверке это всплыло бы позже, если всплыло бы вообще.
At one wholesale company the system reconciled the bank book — 771 entries — to the cent and built cash-flow and P&L from it.
It also surfaced that a line everyone read as a reserve deposit was in fact an overnight sweep: the money leaves at night and returns in the morning. Hand reconciliation would have caught that later, if at all.
А что такое AIOS
AIOS (AI-операционная система) – программный слой вокруг человека и его дела: сам разбирает входящие, сводит цифры из банка и учётной системы, помнит договоры и приносит только решения, требующие человека. В отличие от чат-бота, работает по расписанию и по событиям, а не по запросу – человек ведёт, система работает.
An AIOS (AI operating system) is a software layer around a person and their work: it sorts incoming mail, reconciles bank and ERP numbers, remembers contracts, and surfaces only the decisions that need a human. 1C and a SaaS are places you enter data into by hand. An AIOS is a layer above them: it pulls the entries from the accounting system and the statements from the bank, reconciles them, and brings you the result. You don't open an app to close the month — the closed month arrives on its own.
